Parents want to keep their children healthy, safe, and protected from the world. But what happens when a routine trip to the pediatrician becomes a nightmare?

The unthinkable has happened- childhood vaccinations have led to a macabre reality of monsters. Kids are transformed, changed into ravenous beasts. They are fast, strong, and void of empathy. And the world is quickly thrown into chaos.

To survive, people must be ready to kill what was once innocent. It is no small thing, however, to put a bullet in the brain of a once-a-child. Those who make it through the initial wave of destruction will soon find that the war is on two fronts- physical and emotional. And many will die because they cling to a moral code that has expired.
